He has a degree in fine arts and uses those skills for problem-solving and thinking. Aaron is passionate about helping clients fine tune and broadcast their messages.
  • Sarah Eaton has been working in marketing since earning her MFA in writing 20 years ago. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for nearly every part of production, including content creation, list-building, data analysis, project management, and strategy. Now, she is excited to join forces with Fleming to concentrate on realizing effective marketing plans for non-profit organizations.

Flemco’s current and past projects include building and delivering on marketing strategies for non-profits in the health care sector. With extensive experience in online marketing, including traditional approaches such as e-newsletters and websites as well as social media, Flemco provides full-service marketing to help clients realize their missions.

Flemco Design and Communications (formerly Flemco Designs) welcomes a new business partner, Sarah Eaton. Eaton’s areas of marketing expertise—including creating content ranging from short articles to book-length projects, developing lists, analyzing data, managing complex projects, and building holistic communications strategies for a variety of companies—has allowed Flemco to expand its service offerings to become a full-service agency.

Aaron Fleming has been building Flemco into a successful design and marketing consulting business for the last 10 years. Recently, he decided to narrow its focus to concentrate on providing online marketing services exclusively to health professionals and nonprofits. As that change took shape, he recognized that Flemco could offer a larger suite of services to clients with the addition of a partner with other specialized skill sets.

“Sarah and I have known each other and worked together ever since each of us started our individual marketing companies around the same time,” Fleming says. “She and I both felt that working together made our projects better, so we decided to team up officially.”

Flemco’s current and past projects include building and delivering on marketing strategies for non-profits and other businesses in the health care sector. With extensive experience in designing and writing for web sites, electronic newsletters, blogs, press releases, social media, grant-writing, annual reports, and various other online materials, Flemco provides full-service marketing to help clients attract new business and board members and increase donations and awareness.

“When Aaron suggested that we pool our resources and become business partners at Flemco, I thought: ‘Why didn’t we do this before?’ Our skill sets complement each other’s perfectly,” Eaton says.

Fleming and Eaton are excited to realize this new incarnation of Flemco. They hope it will result in fruitful collaboration and many satisfied clients in the health and nonprofit arenas.
